The belt conveyor has the advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance and standardization of components. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal and other industries to transport loose materials or finished articles. According to the transportation process requirements, it can be transported in a single unit. It is also possible to have multiple conveying systems that are composed of or horizontally or tilted with other conveying equipment to meet the needs of different layout types of work lines.
It is suitable for conveying low-grinding materials and bagged materials such as coal, gravel, sand, cement, fertilizer, grain, etc. in powdery, granular and small pieces with a bulk density of less than 1.67/ton/m3. . The temperature of the material to be delivered is less than 60 °C. The captain and assembly form can be determined according to the user's requirements. The drive can be used with an electric roller or a drive device with a drive frame.
Belt conveyors are available in a variety of forms, including grooved belt conveyors, flat belt conveyors, climbing belt conveyors, roll belt conveyors, and turning belt conveyors. Commonly used belt conveyors can be divided into: ordinary canvas core belt conveyor, steel rope core high-strength belt conveyor, full explosion-proof belt conveyor, flame-retardant belt conveyor, two-speed double belt conveyor, reversible movement Belt conveyor, cold tape conveyor, etc. The belt conveyor is mainly composed of a frame, a conveyor belt, a belt roller, a tensioning device, a transmission device and the like.
Belt line meaning and principle:
Significance: The belt line can transport a wide variety of materials, which can not only transport a variety of bulk materials, but also transport a variety of cardboard boxes, packaging bags and other small pieces of goods, a wide range of uses. Conveying with rubber, canvas, PVC, PU and other materials, in addition to the transportation of ordinary materials, can also meet the oil, corrosion, anti-static and other special requirements of the material transport. The use of special food grade conveyor belts can meet the requirements of food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries. The conveying is smooth, and there is no relative movement between the material and the conveyor belt, which can avoid damage to the conveyed material. It is less noisy than other conveyors and is suitable for applications where the working environment is quiet. The structure is simple and easy to maintain; the energy consumption is small and the use cost is low.
Principle: The belt line is transported by the belt tow the working plane to achieve the purpose of the production process. Some people also control the belt line as a belt conveyor or a belt conveyor. This belt conveyor adopts a combined assembly mode, and the number of stations can be set according to the process requirements. The belt conveyor station is equipped with power sockets, process boards, lighting, etc., so that the entire process flow is fast and orderly.
Belt line operation:
Before running the belt line, first confirm that the belt line equipment, personnel, and articles being transported are in a safe and intact condition; secondly, check that each moving part is normal and free of foreign matter, check that all electrical lines are normal, and put the belt line into operation normally. Finally, check that the difference between the supply voltage and the rated voltage of the device does not exceed ± 5%.
1. Close the main power switch and check if the power supply of the device is normally fed and the power indicator is on. After the normal operation, proceed to the next step.
2. Close the power switch of each circuit and check if it is normal. Under normal conditions: the device does not work, the belt line running indicator does not light, the power indicator of the inverter and other devices is on, and the display panel of the inverter is normal (no fault code display).
3. Start each electrical device in turn according to the process flow. After the previous electrical device starts normally (the motor or other device has reached normal speed and normal state), then the next electrical device is started.
In the operation of the belt line, the provisions of the items in the design of the conveyed articles must be observed, and the design capability of the belt line must be observed. Secondly, it should be noted that all types of personnel must not touch the moving parts of the belt line, and non-professionals are not allowed to touch the electrical components and control buttons at will. Finally, in the belt line operation, the inverter's rear stage cannot be disconnected. If the maintenance needs are determined, it must be stopped when the inverter operation is stopped. Otherwise, the inverter may be damaged.
Clean room purification project description:
Purification principle:
Air flow → initial effect purification → humidification section → heating section → table cooling section → medium efficiency purification → fan air supply → pipeline → high efficiency purification air outlet → blowing into the room → taking away particles such as dust bacteria → returning blinds → initial purification. Repeat the above process to achieve the purpose of the purification workshop.
Static pressure difference:
The static pressure difference between the clean room and the non-clean room should be greater than 5Pa; the static pressure difference between the clean room and the outdoor should be greater than 10Pa.
Structural materials:
The wall and top plate of the purification plant are generally made of 50mm thick sandwich color steel plate, which is characterized by beautiful appearance and strong rigidity. The splicing before the corner and the corner is connected by a circular arc, which should be cleaned and meets the requirements of GMP; the return air duct is made of hot-dip zinc plate, and the flame-retardant PF foam plastic plate with good purification effect is attached. The high-efficiency air supply port is made of stainless steel frame, which is beautiful and clean. The punched stencil is made of lacquered aluminum plate, which is rust-free and non-sticky. It should be cleaned.
